Subscription

By default, subscription will renew automatically once your membership period expires, such as Trial, Monthly, 3-Months, 6-month or yearly. Your subscriptions will continue to renew automatically unless its cancelled!


How do I change my subscription period for your service?

Firstly you need to cancel your current subscription and once this one expires, you should visit our buy credit page and click on one of the payment methods under the membership period.


How do I cancel my subscription?


We do accept payments through Paypal and Authorize.net. If you want to cancel the subscription you may cancel it through your Paypal account.

If payment was made by a credit card dirrectly through Authorize.net then you need contact us on info@ew-forecast.com and we will cancel it for you. Please send us an email at least three days before the expiry date.


When my Trial expires, what happens?

It will be automatically transformed into ongoing subscription, unless you cancel the subscribtion.


Will my subscription be renewed after it expires?

Yes, by default, subscriptions are automatically renewed once your trial , monthly, three-monht, six-month or yearly membership period expires, unless you turn off the auto-renew.


Do you offer one subscription package for FX and Crypto service?


No, it's only the split service and each one can have different expiry date as well as different subscription packages.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Visit our website www.ew-forecast.com, click on “forgot password” on the left side at the top of the page and then enter your email address. New log-in information will be e-mailed to you.


How do I change my account information, such as my username and password?


You need to log into our website www.ew-forecast.com and then click settings on the left side on the top of the page. You will then be redirected to your profile information page where changes can be made.


I am unable to log in to the site. What should I do?

I want invoice on my company. What should I do?

Please provide us your detailed information such as company name and billing address, by visiting settings page. If you are VAT registered please also provide us a valid number.
